Progress on Zillertal on Shakespeare is proceeding as planned.
The framing and roof installation are now complete with the southern ground floor joinery installed, followed by the upstairs, western, northern, and finally the eastern windows.
Within a week external timber cladding arrived, and carpenters began installing a variety of cladding materials, including timber alongside concrete linea boards, onto the external walls.
Bricks have arrived onsite and our bricklayers have made significant progress, completing around a third of the brickwork so far.
The scaffolding team is currently onsite dismantling structures to allow for the completion of soffit and timber framing for the commercial unit by the builders.
Cambridge Drainage and Earthworks have one final catch pit to install before commencing their efforts to box and prepare the shared driveway for a concrete pour in the coming weeks. This will align with preparations for specialty paving and subsequent bricklaying on the upgraded berm and paved footpath.
Over the next few weeks, we anticipate the completion of brick installation, the finalisation of timber cladding, and the removal of a majority of the scaffolding as we conclude the external construction phase.
We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to showcase our progress to you - please don't hesitate to reach out to schedule a visit.
